In Benefits, we have two categories Statutory Benefits and Employee Benefits

Statutory Benefits

Employee Provident Fund

Employees shall contribute 12% of their basic salary and employer shall contribute 12% of the basic towards PF contribution

Employee Deposit Linked Insurance

EDLI sum insured is 6.02 lakhs. At any point of time, if any untoward incident occurs, the employee’s family shall receive this sum. It acts as a Group life policy. It covers all employees from the date of joining. Exide Life Insurance is our current Insurer

Maternity

Women employees are entitled to Maternity leave for 2 children subject to the condition that both children are born or adopted during their tenure in the Organization

Women employees who have worked for a minimum period of 80 days in the 12 months prior to the delivery shall be entitled to maternity leave of up to 182 days [26 weeks]

Gratuity

Equitas offers this Benefit for employees who have completed 5 years of service as per the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.

Higher Education and Professional Development Assistance

We prefer you to grow with us. If you are willing to do a higher education or professional development courses while working with us, we got it covered and will provide you Financial Assistance. 

Wedding Anniversary Leave & Gift

It is your special day and we strive it to make it more special with our wedding gift and a day off on anniversary

Marriage and New Born Gifts

If an employee gets married while they are working here, Equitas would like to come in as a family member and participate in the celebration by contributing to any one of the expenses up to Rs 5000

Birth of a child is again an occasion to celebrate. When an employee is blessed with a child, the supervisor along with the team will visit the house of the employee and gifts the newborn. 

Kid Zone at Head Office

For all the working parents out there! We know your worries and that is why we do have a kid’s area at our head office, which has a dedicated babysitter to take care of your kids.
